Gazprombank Leasing acquired Carcade leasing company

Gazprombank Leasing acquired Carcade leasing company from the Getin Holding S. A. financial group (Poland). Gazprombank Leasing became the owner of 68% of the authorized capital of Carcade LLC, while 32% belong to «New Financial Technologies», Gazprombank subsidiary. The transaction amount was 2.9 billion rubles.
During the current year, Gazprombank Leasing will conduct a detailed analysis of Carcade's business processes and in 2021 will develop the unified business development strategy that best meets the goals of Gazprombank Group.
