Becema and REMEX supplied a batch of cement truck trains to Surgutneftegaz

The Becema Machine-building Plant, together with REMEX, implemented a project to supply a batch of cement truck trains for Surgutneftegaz PJSC.

SITRAK C7H 6x6 tractor units and BCM-21.1 tank semi-trailers, designed for oilfield services in harsh climatic conditions, are equipped with a compressor station with an autonomous diesel engine, off-road tires and reinforced BPW suspension.

The fifth-wheel coupling accounts for 11 tons of the total weight of the semi-trailer, while the rear bogie - for 24 tons. This distribution helps to improve the vehicle stability when driving, especially when turning and braking, reduces the risk of overloading and increases operational safety, which in turn minimizes tire wear and suspension stress.

Technical characteristics of BCM-21.1 tank semi-trailer:
- useful volume: 24.4 m3;
- load capacity: up to 28 tons;
- gross weight: 35.5 tons;
-curb weight of the semi-trailer: 7.5 tons;
- overall dimensions (L x W x H, m): 9.4 x 2.5 x 3.58.
