BAIC has announced the delivery of a limited batch of BJ40 Champion SUVs to Russia. According to the SpeedMe portal, 50 copies of this model will be available for the Russian market.
The basic version of the novelty includes hard locks of the rear and front inter-wheel differentials and metal protection of the engine crankcase. In addition, the limited version includes illumination of the landing zone, electric adjustment of the passenger seat in four directions, a front camera, a second row of seats folding into a flat floor, and a special tool box and a 220V outlet installed in the trunk.
The model is equipped with a standard 2.0-liter 218-HP turbocharged engine couple with 8-speed automatic gear box and all-wheel drive. The SUV cost in the Russian market starts from 4,350,000 rubles.
