AVTOVAZ summed up the results of a large-scale renovation campaign, preparation for the release of new models and increase in production capacity, which was carried out during the single corporate leave of the enterprise from April 28 to May 12, 2024.

A total of 8,216 different operations were performed on the amount of about 330 million rubles.

In order to increase the productivity of the assembly line for NIVA family cars to 50 units per hour, work was carried out in the production of chassis, engines, forgings, and aluminum casting.

To ensure a high quality level of LADA Vesta and LADA Aura cars, a planned replacement of the cataphoresis soil in the baths on the body painting line was carried out.

LADA Granta's painting and assembly lines have been upgraded (and since the beginning of 2025, LADA Iskra), in particular, robots applying glue to the windshield and rear windows have been moved, elevation marks on the painted body feed conveyor track have been changed, and final test benches have been modernized.
