AvtoVAZ produced 235.8 thousand LADA cars in the first half of 2024. Production grew by 73% on the similar period of the previous year. Moreover, production figures exceeded results of the entire 2022, Kommersant reports, emphasizing the possibility of further price increase for cars.

So, in June 2024, 45,2 thousand cars were produced — this is almost three times more than the June 2023 results. Production of LADA Vesta increased 3.5-fold in the first half of the year, Granta — by 37%, Niva — by 49%. In June, the production of Vesta doubled, Granta and Niva — tripled.
