AvtoVAZ plans to launch production of the simplified LADA Aura in September 2023
AvtoVAZ intends to release a simplified version of Lada Aura sedan for taxi service. Production of the business sedan is scheduled to start in September, the company's press service reports.
The launch of a new Lada Vesta version — an extended Aura version — was announced in June 2023. This version is expected to have a passenger compartment increased by 25 cm and the power unit represented by 1.8-liter engine capacity of 122 HP coupled with automatic gear box.
The cost of Lada Aura will exceed 2 million rubles.
