AvtoVAZ has launched production of LADA Vesta with 6-speed gear box
LADA Vesta has been put into production with a new 6-speed manual gear box and a 122-HP 1.8 EVO engine. The powertrain will be available for all body types and versions.
The maximum speed of cars with 6-speed manual gear box has increased to 187-189 km/h, and acceleration to 100 km/h does not exceed 10.6 seconds. A gearshift prompt is integrated into the instrument cluster.
The new gear box is available starting with the version Enjoy, which includes parking sensors, heated injectors, windshield, rear-view camera and heated steering wheel. The 6-speed gear box has high strength and is designed for a torque of up to 220 N*m, which exceeds characteristics of 1.8 EVO engine. The range of the new gear box is estimated at 390,000 km.

The Russian Jeland brand has introduced a new all-wheel drive version of J6 crossover. The model, which received the AWD prefix in its name, will be assembled up at the former General Motors plant in Shushary, the brand's press service reports.
