Within the framework of the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum, AvtoVAZ JSC and Mobile Video Solutions JSC, which develops the ivideon cloud video surveillance and intelligent video analytics platform, have signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The partnership is aimed at developing and scaling digital solutions to improve the quality of customer service, operational efficiency and transparency of business processes in the LADA dealer network.

As part of the cooperation, the parties plan to develop the use of cloud-based video solutions and ivideon video analytics modules in LADA car dealerships and service centers. Solutions will be used to monitor compliance with service standards, analyze facility utilization, identify incidents, and improve the service quality areas and customer spaces.
