KAMAZ PTC, together with the authorized partner RIAT JSC, created a mobile water heating installation on the KAMAZ-43118-RR chassis. Several units of special purpose vehicles were shipped to the customer in Orenburg.

The RIAT mobile water heating unit is designed for efficient heating of large volumes of water during hydraulic fracture treatment (HFT), for technological use in HFT, coiled tubing, side shaft cutting and other operations performed by oil and gas companies. The installation can also be used for heating and heat supply systems of temporary residential complexes; it can be used in emergency situations to connect to the heating system when the central heating is not functioning.

Thanks to the use of the KAMAZ-43118 all-wheel drive chassis, the mobile water heating installation features by high cross-country capability, reliability and has a number of advantages. High specific power and a wide range of operating speeds, it has excellent traction and dynamic qualities. The KAMAZ 689.512-340 engine used on the chassis has reduced loads on the crankshaft necks to increase service life and reduced fuel consumption by 8-12% compared to production vehicles.
