A batch of BCM-24.5 special purpose vehicles was shipped to the customer from the northern region

The Becema plant has completed the shipment of the next batch of BCM-24.5 pit repair complex for a customer from the northern region of the Russian Federation.

The presented vehicles are used to perform a full range of road surface repair work using pneumatic spray technology. This method consists in pumping and spraying repair material, a homogeneous mixture of emulsion and crushed stone.

Features of BCM-24.5:

- The pneumatic spray method used makes it possible to restore potholes in a short time.

- The ability to carry out repair without restricting the movement of vehicles, which allows to work at any time of the day.

- The applied technology ensures the prompt elimination of minor damage to the road surface, which helps to save money on expensive major repair.

- The vehicle is equipped with a 4-cylinder MMZ diesel engine, which increases the feed capacity of bulk materials (bitumen, crushed stone, gravel of any fraction).

- The complex is equipped with a feed system through the tailgate, so it is suitable for different models of dumpers.

- The easy-to-maintain sprayer does not require to purchase replaceable seals and gaskets.
