8 Peresvet trolleybuses will enter the routes of Khabarovsk

Volgabus's 8 self-driving Peresvet trolleybuses will start operating on Khabarovsk routes in the near future.

They are equipped with batteries capable of allowing movement without a contact network for a distance of up to 30 km to discover new routes. Recently, Route No. 4 has appeared in the city, connecting the northern part of the city with its center. It is in demand among passengers. Additional self-driving trolleybuses have been purchased to increase transport accessibility in the area of the Cancer Center.

Trolleybuses have powerful heaters, information boards, and ports for charging phones. Public transport is adapted for transportation of people with limited mobility: the cabin is equipped with a ramp for wheelchairs, light and sound signaling to call the driver. Trolleybuses are equipped with an automatic fire detection and extinguishing system and an ERA-GLONASS satellite navigation system with an alarm button.
