A handover ceremony of 40 tankers based on the KAMAZ-43118 chassis to PJSC Rosneft Oil Company was held in Naberezhnye Chelny under an operating lease agreement.

This initial vehicle delivery was executed under a cooperation agreement signed between PTC KAMAZ and PJSC Rosneft Oil Company in June 2026 at the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

The specialized vehicles were delivered to RN-Transport, Rosneft's core logistics operator, to support the development of a dedicated tanker fleet tailored for oil transport logistics. The operating lease structure allows the company to flexibly scale its fleet according to seasonal and project-based demands without capital expenditures on vehicle procurement.
