20 CITYMAX 9 buses have been shipped to Grozny

As part of the implementation of the "Safe Quality Roads" national project, Modern Transport Technologies Group transferred 20 modern CITYMAX 9 buses to Grozny.

CITYMAX 9 buses are designed to carry 77 passengers and include 25 seats. It should be noted that CITYMAX 9 features a record low floor area in the cabin in its class — 10 m2. The "knilling" system (tilting the body towards the stop), together with a mechanical ramp, a specially equipped wheelchair area and two spacious storage areas with lumbar stops, fully adapt CITYMAX 9 for transportation of people with limited mobility.

The bus body is made of modern composite materials that reduce the vehicle weight, which, in turn, allows to save fuel. The transferred CITYMAX 9 buses are equipped with YaMZ-534 diesel engine coupled with 6-speed automatic gear box. The air suspension guarantees a smooth ride, and the glazing area increased to 60% provides an overview for both the driver and passengers. All buses transferred are equipped with modern electronic route indicators and air conditioning systems.
