10 VALDAI-45 trucks were transferred to the Olimp transport and forwarding company

Modern Transport Technologies Group has transferred a batch of 10 VALDAI-45 vehicles to the Olimp transport and forwarding company, which will be used for long-haul cargo transportation as part of road trains with curtainsided semi-trailers and reefers.

VALDAI-45 tractor unit has a number of key technical advantages for long-haul transportation segment. The low curb weight and optimal geometry provide excellent weight distribution along the axes, which makes it possible to carry more cargo in a semi-trailer. Two fuel tanks with a total capacity of 840 liters provide a range of up to 3,000 km without additional refueling. The tractor unit is versatile and compatible with most semi-trailers weighing up to 45 tons.

The insulated cabin with an almost flat floor and a height of 190 cm is equipped with two berths, an adjustable armchair, climate control, a reefer and shelves. The tractor unit's power plant consists of 470-HP diesel engine with a torque of 2,200 Nm and 12-speed automatic gear box. The tractor unit also has a self-diagnostics function with an error code displayed on the dashboard.
