Which automobile plants are included in the list of strategic enterprises of Russia?

At the end of March a new list of Russia's strategic enterprises was approved, which will be supported by the state if necessary in the conditions of collapse of oil prices and the coronavirus pandemic. The 2008 list was used as a basis.

The new list includes 646 organizations, including companies engaged in oil and coal production, chemical and metallurgical companies, transport companies engaged in passenger and air transportation, and others. The list includes 10 companies engaged in the production of motor vehicles: AVTOVAZ JSC, Ural Automobile Plant JSC, HC SDS-Mash JSC, Renault Russia JSC, Volkswagen Group Rus LLC, Avtodizel PJSC (YAMZ), GAZ PJSC, KAMAZ PJSC, NEFAZ PJSC and Sollers PJSC.

Based on this list the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Energy will prepare reports to understand the situation in general and separately, while the Ministry of Economic Development will form a summary report for the Government of the Russian Federation.
