The Tutaev Motor Plant, KAMAZ subsidiary in the Yaroslavl region, produced a 15-thousandth automotive gear winch.

The history of a new production line for TMP PJSC dates back to 2020. The first kits for the assembly of automobile winches were received by the Tutaev Motor Plant from NEFAZ, KAMAZ subsidiary in Bashkortostan, in February 2020. At the same time, the first 10 units were assembled, in April 2020 – 105 units.

The transfer of the production of mechanical winches from NEFAZ to TMP and the organization of their manufacture took place in stages. The first stage implies the assembly of components produced at NEFAZ and the organization of mechanical processing of 70% of the parts that were manufactured earlier in Neftekamsk on the equipment available at the Tutaev Motor Plant. At the second stage, the necessary NEFAZ equipment was re-installed, production using combined NEFAZ-TMP technologies was commissioned and set up. The production of castings and forgings was set up at the next stages.
