Three new manipulators have been introduced at NEFAZ

As part of mechanization of the glazing section at NEFAZ, KAMAZ subsidiary in Bashkiria, three manipulators have been introduced. The project aimed at the mechanizing glazing operations of manufactured passenger vehicles will reduce physical stress and improve working conditions of employees, as well as increase productivity.

According to the NEFAZ technical task, the specialists of the supplier company DALMEK-RUS LLC designed, manufactured and performed the installation supervision of the necessary equipment. The peculiarity of the installed manipulators is that 80% of the manipulators' components are manufactured at the company's own enterprises, but at the same time they are standard and interchangeable with similar ones of other brands.

At the moment, two manipulators are installed at the glazing section and one on the assembly line, with the help of which the windshields of buses are mounted.
