Great Wall Motor Company has announced preparations for the debut of a new large Tank 700 frame SUV in Russia. Sales will start in the fourth quarter of 2024, the company's press service reports.

The power unit of the novelty is represented by 3.0-liter 354-HP V6 petrol turbocharged engine and an electric motor, the peak capacity of the system is 517 HP. The unit is coupled with 9-speed automatic gear box. A lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 37.1 kWh allows to drive up to 95 km on pure electricity. The maximum speed of the hybrid model is 190 km/h, and acceleration to 100 km/h takes 5.9 s. The average fuel consumption in a mixed cycle is 10.8 liters/100 km.

The model is equipped with seats with massage, ventilation and heating functions with 9 levels of temperature control, electrically driven rear side blinds, audio system with 16 speakers, all-round viewing system, automatic parking system, etc. A winter package of options is also available.
