The new Rox Motor brand will officially enter the Russian market

The Chinese Sinomach concern is bringing new Rox brand cars to the Russian market.  As Autonews reports with reference to the company's press service, the first model presented in Russia will be Rox 01 hybrid crossover. Sales are expected to start in December 2024, and the novelty will be available at Oting dealerships.

Externally, the model is similar to Land Rover Defender. In all versions, it is equipped with a clearance of 205 mm and features a three-row interior layout: the seat arrangement is 2+2+2 or 2+2+3.

The power plant of the novelty includes 1.5-liter 154-HP petrol unit that performs the function of an electricity generator and two electric motors with a total capacity of 476 HP. Acceleration to 100 km/h takes the crossover 5.5 seconds. The range without an internal combustion engine is 235 km, when connected to an internal combustion engine – up to 1,338 km.
