The new Omoda S5 was spotted in Russia
The new Chinese Omoda S5 sedan was photographed at one of the Russian parking lots.
Omoda S5 has been manufactured in China since 2021 under the name Chery Arrizo 5 Plus. According to a source close to the manufacturer, the sedan will be available in several versions in Russia. At least two modifications and three versions of the model are known.
Dimensions of Omoda S5 are as follows: 4,644 mm in length, 1,814 mm in width and 1,493 m in height. The wheelbase is 2,650 mm. The car is based on the Chery M1X platform. The engine range will consist of two 1.5-liter engines, one of which is turbocharged. In China, the air breather power unit has a capacity of 116 HP and 143 Nm of torque. Capacity of the turbocharged engine is 156 HP and 230 Nm of torque. All model versions are also equipped with CVT.

The first mass-produced Russian electric car Atom, will officially go on sale by May 31, 2026.
According to Alfa-Bank documents, the Atom's retail price will be 3,980,000 rubles, with a government subsidy of 925,000 rubles included. This brings the final price for the new car to 3,055,000 rubles.
