The new automotive components plant will be built in Uzlovaya SEZ in the Tula region
Construction of a plant for the production of automotive components has begun in the Tula region. The project is being implemented by the Chinese Haval concern (Haval Motor Manufacturing Rus LLC) on the territory of the Uzlovaya Special Economic Zone, Izvestia reports, citing the region head, Dmitry Milyaev.
According to Mr. Milyaev, the new plant will produce components for the chassis, interior and exterior elements, and gear boxes.
The plant is scheduled to start operating in the second quarter of 2026.
