The Moskvich plant has been awarded the status of an industrial complex

The status of an industrial complex was assigned to the Moskvich plant. This status will give the company tax benefits, and the saved funds are planned to be used for the production development, Kommersant reports with reference to the mayor of the capital Sergei Sobyanin.

It is known that in May 2022, the ex-Renault Russia plant was transferred to the Moscow department, at the facilities of which the Moskvich automobile plant was launched. Its model line-up includes Moskvich 3 crossover, Moskvich 3e electric car and Moskvich 6 sedan. Since the launch plant, about 27 thousand cars have been produced at the enterprise.
