The last batch of MAZ 257S buses has been handed over to Belarusian schools
The transfer of the last batch of MAZ 257S buses for Belarusian educational institutions took place today. Vladimir Dormash, Deputy Commercial Director for the Sale of Passenger Vehicles at MAZ, presented the keys to Vladimir Dolzhenkov, Deputy Minister of Education.
Within the program, in 2026 the Minsk Automobile Plant produced 79 MAZ 257S school buses. 9 buses handed over today will go to the Mogilev region: one unit each to Bobruisk, Glussky, Klimovichi, Krasnopolsky, Kruglyansky, Osipovichi and Chaussky districts, two units to Slavgorodsky district.
In addition, in 2026, Brestmash produced 59 school minibuses based on the MAZ chassis, 14 of them with lifts for children with disabilities.

Another 13 school minibuses manufactured by MAZ and Brestmash have been delivered to the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
Vehicles will provide transportation for students to schools in Mogilev and Gomel regions. Ivan Ganchits, director of Brestmash, handed the keys to the bus drivers.
