The hybrid Tank 400 has been certified for the Russian market
The Russian Haval division (Haval Motor Manufacturing Rus) has received official permission to sell the updated Tank 400 SUV equipped with a hybrid engine. Acсording to Rosstandart data, the vehicle type approval has been issued for the model.
This is a model with equipped with a hybrid power plant consisting of 2.0-liter petrol engine and an electric motor coupled with 9-speed automatic gear box. The SUV is also equipped with a lithium-ion battery capacity of 37.1 kWh.
The production of the hybrid version is planned to be set up at the plant in China, according to the document. The exact date of the novelty's appearance in the Russian Federation has not yet been announced, but obtaining the vehicle type approval opens the way for the start of its official sales.

The Russian Jeland brand has introduced a new all-wheel drive version of J6 crossover. The model, which received the AWD prefix in its name, will be assembled up at the former General Motors plant in Shushary, the brand's press service reports.
The power plant of the updated version is represented by 1.6-liter 150-HP unit with 275 Nm of torque, coupled with 7-speed robotized dual-clutch gear box and all-wheel drive.
