KAMAZ-LEASING is taking part in the 30th anniversary TransRussia International Exhibition, which is taking place in Moscow these days. KAMAZ-54901 long-haul tractor unit in version Hi-tech is presented at the stand.

KAMAZ-54901 (4x2) long-haul tractor unit equipped with the ADAS system embodies the advanced developments of KAMAZ engineers. The vehicle was developed taking into account global trends in the automotive industry. In this version, exterior of the the K5 generation flagship is complemented by fairings mounted on the cabin and the chassis, which improves aerodynamics and reduces fuel consumption from 5 to 10%. At the same time, the vehicle's interior has changed significantly: a more powerful engine has been used, and driver comfort and safety have been improved.

The tractor unit is equipped with adaptive cruise control, which makes it possible to automatically keep a distance behind the vehicle in front, monitors the vehicle's location in the lane, warning about leaving the lane, which significantly increases the active safety of the vehicle. The vehicle's features also include an emergency braking system, EBS electronic braking system, ESP electronic stability program, ABS anti–lock braking system, and ASR automatic slip regulation.
