On June 27, 2024, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of KAMAZ PTC completed. The meeting was held in the form of absentee voting.

The issues discussed include the distribution of the company's profits based on the results of 2023 and the payment of dividends to shareholders. As part of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, it was decided to distribute 25% of the net profit received from the results of operations for 2023 for the payment of dividends. Based on the results of KAMAZ activities in 2023, dividends will amount to 4 rubles 49 kopecks per share, which is 2.4 times more than was paid at the end of 2022. The date of compiling the list of persons entitled to receive dividends is July 16, 2024.
