Amberauto A5 electric sedan, produced at the Avtotor plant, was first sold outside the Kaliningrad region. As Kommersant reports with reference to the New Energy Motors dealer, the first A5 in mainland Russia has been transferred to the buyer from Nizhny Novgorod.

Recall that A5 sedan was presented in February 2024. The cars are manufactured at the Avtotor plant and are essentially Chinese JMEV Yi. The model is equipped with 160-HP electric motor and a battery capacity of 60.2 kWh, the range on a single charge is 520 km.
