TC "Technology of Movement" successfully tested KAMAZ-54901 tractor unit

One of the largest FTL transport companies, "Technology of Movement", has successfully conducted the trial operation of KAMAZ-54901 vehicle.

The latest K5 generation KAMAZ-54901 tractor unit was operated in the fleet of the transport company for a month. The vehicle was used to deliver dairy products from Moscow to Rubtsovsk (of the Altai region). During the trial operation, the vehicle has traveled almost 30 thousand km.

KAMAZ-54901 is equipped with a new KAMAZ-910.52-460 (Euro-5) engine displacement of 13 liters, capacity of 482 HP and a torque of 2,403 Nm. The use of modern high-tech design solutions made it possible to increase the service interval to 120 thousand km, and the engine life to 1.5 million km, while reducing fuel consumption by 10% compared to previous generation vehicles. KAMAZ-54901 is also equipped with a new 12-speed robotized gear box.
