Mir-Distributor, the authorized representative of MG Motor in Russia, has received Vehicle Type Approval for MG6 liftback, Kommersant reports. It is known that the model will be presented in two versions in the Russian market, its cost starts from 2.72 million rubles.

The car length will be 4,659 mm with a wheelbase of 2,715 mm. The powertrain is represented by 1.5-liter 168-HP turbocharged engine coupled with 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission (DCT). Fuel consumption is stated at the level of 8 liters per 100 km.

The model is equipped with LED headlights and lanterns, a sunroof with anti-jamming, 18-inch wheel disks, a rear-view camera, an 8-inch central screen of the multimedia system (with support of Apple Carplay and Android Auto), etc.
