The Government of Bashkortostan, the regional Development Corporation and MAZ-UTTZ Territory of Electric Transport Development LLC have identified the main stages of implementing a large-scale investment project on the territory of the Alga Special Economic Zone.

The roadmap for implementing the initiative was signed as part of a working meeting on the creation of a Russian-Belarusian investment cluster.

Recall that starting from 2025, Bashkortostan has been implementing a joint project "TRET "MAZ-UTTZ" for the production and localization of modern trolleybuses. The Ufa Tram and Trolleybus Plant has been developing in the field of electric transport for more than ten years and has made Bashkortostan one of the leaders in the production of trolleybuses in Russia. The company plans to become the first resident of the newly created Russian-Belarusian investment cluster.
