Land Rover launched sales of the new Defender in the Russian market

Sales of the new Land Rover Defender started in Russia. The first SUVs are available in a 5-door version 110, while the short-wheelbase Defender 90 with a 3-door body will be presented in early 2021. Prices for the novelty start from 4 million 060 thousand rubles.

The engine range of the new Land Rover Defender for Russia includes three different engines - diesel units capacity of 200 HP and 249 HP, as well as petrol engine developing 400 HP with mild hybrid technology (MHEV). All Defender versions are equipped with 8-speed automatic gear box, as well as 2-speed transfer case (with a downshift).

The basic version Standard includes: independent air suspension for all wheels with adaptive suspension control, led headlights, dual-zone climate control, multimedia system with navigation and 3D all-round camera system. All Defender versions received cold climate package, which includes heated windshield, washer nozzles, steering wheel, front seats, as well as the function of autonomous heating of the engine and interior with remote control from a smartphone.

The version S features leather-upholstered seats with electric controls, keyless entry technology and a 12.3-inch HD virtual dashboard.

The version SE is additionally equipped with premium led headlights, front seats with memory settings and electric drive with 12 parameters, as well as audio system with 11 speakers.

In addition to the listed options, the version HSE is equipped with matrix led headlights, sliding panoramic roof, electric seat adjustment for 14 parameters, adaptive cruise control, first-row seat ventilation, extended leather trim package, while the front part of the seats is made of perforated Windsor leather. HSE will be available only for 3.0-liter diesel versions.

For more personalization, Land Rover Defender is offered in the version X, as well as X-Dynamic and First Edition specifications. They feature a set of original elements and color solutions in the interior and exterior decoration.
