Kia Carnival cross-van is now produced in Kaliningrad

Kia Motors Russia & CIS reports that the production of Carnival cross-van started at Avtotor plant in Kaliningrad. Sales of the model will begin in Russia in the second quarter of 2021.

The car will be available in two versions - with 7 and 8 seats. Additional advantages in Russian conditions and the ability to use cross-van both in the city and outside it are provided by a high road clearance – 182 mm. Kia Carnival will be equipped with parking sensors, multimedia system with 8-inch display and the branded «Warm Options» package.

Carnival will be offered with petrol (3.5 l) and diesel (2.2 l) engines of the Smartstream family, 8-speed automatic gear box and front-axle drive.

More detailed information about versions, configurations and prices will appear towards the start of the model sales.
