On June 26, 2026, the Customer Day of KAMAZ PTC was held in Almaty. At the exhibition, participants of the event could get acquainted with the flagship models of K5 generation tractor units. The exhibition featured KAMAZ-54902, KAMAZ-54901, KAMAZ-65955 and KAMAZ-65659.

KAMAZ-54902 tractor unit (4x2) is a modern vehicle designed for regional transportation. Its main features include reliability, economic efficiency and driver comfort. The vehicle is equipped with a comfortable 2.3 m wide cabin with a low roof and one berth. The tractor is built on a new sanctions-resistant component base, equipped with KAMAZ-689 engine capacity of 390 HP and 12-speed robotized gear box.

KAMAZ-54901 (4x2) long-haul tractor unit is the flagship of the K5 model range. It received smart security systems, an ergonomic cabin with two berths, a multimedia system with a 15.6‑inch touchscreen display and a voice assistant. The tractor unit is equipped with the fuel efficient 6-cylinder engine capacity of 560 HP and 12‑speed robotized gear box with a retarder.

KAMAZ-65955 tractor unit (6x6) is an all–wheel drive model designed for harsh working conditions. The model is equipped with KAMAZ-910.50-560 engine displacement of 12.9 liters and capacity of 560 HP, coupled with 16-speed manual gear box. Transmission features low noise and high efficiency, which helps reduce fuel consumption. Advantages of the model include an extended service interval (up to 80,000 km) and the engine life (up to 1 million km).

KAMAZ-65659 (6x2) tractor unit is a three–axle version of KAMAZ-54901 tractor unit. The main feature of the model is an additional lifting axle, which allows to increase the total weight of the train to 44 tons without violating the norms of weight loads. This is especially important when driving on inter-regional transport routes. The tractor is equipped with a wide, high cabin with a flat floor, 482-HP engine and 12-speed robotized gear box. It is designed for working with various semi-trailers (the height of the coupling device is 1,150-1,170 mm).
