The KAMAZ Labor Relations Department and the Information Technology Center are putting a mobile application into operation that will allow them to track shift buses on the way and get to stops exactly on arrival.
The product is a Shuttle mobile application already known to KAMAZ employees, but with a new content. It has a section designed specifically for company employees who work in shifts. The application makes it possible to track the bus location and get the most accurate forecast of its arrival at the stop, taking into account traffic jams.
GPS and GLONASS trackers are responsible for transmitting data about the bus location. Communication stability is important here, and the company pays great attention to both this issue and the security of information storage. The data received from the trackers is processed by a platform with intelligent algorithms. The application can be installed on a smartphone, it is available in the App Store and Google Play.
