KAMAZ PTC and Scantronic Systems LLC have launched a new ST-2630M mobile inspection and detection complex based on the latest K5 generation KAMAZ-65658 chassis.
The main task of such equipment is to remotely detect undeclared goods and illegal investments in vehicles and cargo containers.
ST-2630M mobile inspection and detection complex manufactured by Scantronic Systems on the KAMAZ-65658 chassis is based on a linear electron accelerator. It is designed for operational deployment in order to carry out fast and efficient control of goods transported by vehicles and in containers.
The novelty is based on the modern KAMAZ-65658 three-axle chassis, which belongs to the vehicle family of the latest K5 generation. The vehicle is equipped with a cabin with a berth, KAMAZ engine capacity of 390 HP and 12-speed robotized gear box. Features of the KAMAZ-65658 chassis include the 6x2 wheel arrangement and the lifting rear axle, which significantly improves the vehicle's load capacity, fuel efficiency and maneuverability. To ensure smooth running, the rear axles of the chassis are equipped with air suspension.
