KAMAZ plans to produce 10.6 thousand new generation trucks in 2023 to produce 10.6 thousand new generation trucks in 2023

In 2023, KAMAZ will resume production of trucks of a new model line-up: it is planned to produce 10.6 thousand trucks of K4 and K5 generations.

Basically, the matter concerns the resumption of production of the newest K5 line-up on a new component base, but K4 generation vehicles will also be available next year. These will be vehicles assembled from the remnants of components. The company's goal is to ensure the process sovereignty and meet demand due to the products made in Russia. For comparison, in 2021, the production of vehicles of the new model line-up was at the level of 10,957 units, and this year, caused by the shortage of components associated with the departure of foreign partners, it decreased to 4,193 vehicles.
