KAMAZ K5 generation trucks were tested in Saint Petersburg

On July 21, 2026, a test drive of the latest K5 generation KAMAZ vehicles took place on the territory of the Igora Drive testing track in the Leningrad region.

Four models were provided for the test drive: KAMAZ-54901 running on LNG, coupled with TZA curtainsided semi-trailer, KAMAZ-65659 coupled with NEFAZ dump semi-trailer, and KAMAZ-65656. The representative of the heavy family, KAMAZ-65956, was of particular interest: its production started in 2026.

In parallel, there was an exhibition of K5 generation trucks in demand in various fields of activity, including construction and logistics. The exhibition featured a concrete mixer on the KAMAZ-65951 chassis, INMAN vehicles with CMU on the KAMAZ-65657 chassis, a multi-lift loader on the KAMAZ-65951 chassis, a dumper on the KAMAZ-65959 chassis, KAMAZ-65955 tractor unit with with frame bevel, and short loggers based on the KAMAZ-6595 and KAMAZ-65955 models. Two versions of the flagship KAMAZ-54901 long-haul tractor units, one of which runs on compressed natural gas (CNG), were also demonstrated.
