KAMAZ has presented a public development strategy for 2030-2036
The updated strategic development program of KAMAZ PTC for the period of up to 2030 with a forecast of up to 2036 (KAMAZ-2030/2036 Strategy), approved by the company's Board of Directors on December 12, 2025, has been presented in the public version.
KAMAZ strategy, developed in 2023, considers the risk-based scenario as potentially possible, but in fact it was implemented with even more negative effects than expected.
While maintaining its mission and strategic vision unchanged, KAMAZ adjusted the parameters of its strategic development based on the prevailing realities and forecasts of changes in macroeconomic and market-industry factors.

The city of Cherepovets (of the Vologda region) received the first 8 of 15 NEFAZ-5299-40-57 city buses, running on compressed natural gas.
Vehicles were supplied by the authorized KAMAZ dealer, Stolitsa Bus Center LLC. By the end of the current year, Cherepovets will receive the entire batch of environmentally friendly NEFAZ-5299-40-57 vehicles. They will replenish the fleet of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Convoy No. 1456".

80 new large and medium gas-powered buses were transferred to Volga Convoy No. 1732 fleet in Volzhsky.
The new vehicles run on LNG, which is produced at a natural gas liquefaction complex located in the Bykovsky district. The use of LNG makes it possible to reduce the operating costs of transport enterprises by almost 40%.
