KAMAZ has introduced a new all-wheel drive tanker

KAMAZ, together with its authorized partner, NPO Transmaster plant (Miass), has brought another model of a tanker to the market. The special purpose vehicle is based on the all-wheel drive K5 generation KAMAZ-65958 chassis.

The novelty is designed for transportation, short-term storage and refueling of vehicles with light oil products (diesel fuel) in off-road conditions. The vehicle is based on the all-wheel drive latest K5 generation KAMAZ-65958 chassis, mass production of which began in 2025. This 8x8 chassis model with a 9.4 m long frame was designed for superstructures and special purpose vehicles, for example, for those operated in oil and gas fields. The vehicle is equipped with KAMAZ R6 engine capacity of 560 HP and 16-speed manual gear box, which together ensures high dynamic performance and low fuel consumption.

The updated cabin on a 4-point spring suspension with a berth guarantees increased comfort for the driver even when working on difficult terrain. The cabin frame is reinforced and outstrips modern safety requirements in terms of its strength characteristics. LED headlamps and fog lights, such modern electronic systems as EBS and ASR also contribute to improving traffic safety.
