On August 6, 2026, a test drive of the latest K5 generation KAMAZ vehicles took place on the Pilnaya Mountain cross-country highway in Yekaterinburg.
After the official part was completed, a test drive took place, which allowed potential customers to evaluate the handling and stability of heavy-duty K5 generation KAMAZ vehicles, technical innovations, maneuverability, suspension and braking systems of trucks. Three high-tech dumpers were provided for races: the powerful KAMAZ-6595, designed for intensive work in the construction industry, the all-wheel drive KAMAZ-65959 all-terrain vehicle, as well as KAMAZ-65951 SKALA mining dumper, which is relevant for mining enterprises.
While some guests were evaluating vehicles in motion, others visited vehicle exhibition. In this area, it was possible to study vehicles and get advice from technical specialists. The exhibition featured three versions of the flagship KAMAZ-54901 tractor unit: gas-powered models running on LNG and CNG, as well as High-tech version. Moreover, KAMAZ-65656, KAMAZ-65956 and KAMAZ-65659 tractor units were demonstrated in conjunction with NEFAZ-95094 dump semi-trailer. A concrete mixer truck and a multi-lift based on the KAMAZ-65951 chassis, a reefer based on the KAMAZ-53251 chassis, and short loggers based on the KAMAZ-6595 and KAMAZ-65955 chassis were also presented.
