Jaecoo J7 will enter the Russian market in autumn of 2023

The Chinese Jaecoo (owned by Chery) has revealed details about J7 crossover, which is expected to premiere in Russia in September 2023. According to the brand's press service, the car will go on sale with the ARDIS all-wheel drive system (All Road Drive Intelligent System).

Such a system offers the driver a total of 7 driving modes — standard, economical, sporty, off-road, as well as three specialized ones - for snow, sand and mud. The crossover will also be equipped with a terrain control system capable of independently determining the type of coating, and the all-wheel drive transmission, guided by this data, will be able to switch modes automatically.

The company has not yet shared information about the new power unit. According to unofficial data, 1.6-liter engine can be installed under the J7 hood. Fuel consumption will be 8.2 liters per 100 km in mixed mode.
