The Government of the Russian Federation has expanded the list of domestic-made cars that comply with taxi localization regulatory requirements. Haval H3 and Haval Dargo crossovers, manufactured using full-cycle production process in the Tula region, have been added to the approved list. According to Autonews, the corresponding order has been published on the official legal information portal.

The list was previously updated in late July 2026, when six new models localized in Russia under Special Investment Contracts were added. These included Jetour Dashing, Tenet T4L, Tenet T8, Tenet A8, Omoda C7, and Jeland J6.
