GM-AVTOVAZ changed its name

The former GM-AVTOVAZ received a new name LADA West Togliatti, which reflects the company's affiliation to AVTOVAZ Group.
GM-AVTOVAZ produces Niva SUV. In December 2019 AVTOVAZ signed the agreement with General Motors to buy 50% of shares of the Togliatti joint venture GM-AVTOVAZ from the American company. As a result of transaction, the company became a 100% affiliated company of AVTOVAZ Group. As part of the agreement, Niva SUV will be integrated into the LADA model line-up in 2020.
