DACIA DUSTER of 2022 model year has been patented for the Russian market

Before leaving the Russian market Renault received a patent for the design of the Dacia concept car. Now Renault has done the same with Dacia Duster SUV in order to launch mass assembly and sales in the Russian Federation. Pictures of this crossover appeared in the FIPS open database the day before.
A 6-speed automatic and a robotized dual-clutch EDC gear box coupled with 150-HP turbocharged TCe petrol engine and front-wheel drive became an important technical update.

Toyota has registered the Land Cruiser Prado trademark in Russia, according to the FIPS data.
The trademark holder is the Toyota parent company located in Japan. Trademark right is valid until 2035. The registered trademark grants the right to sell cars and their components on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Recall that registration of the trademark does not mean a full-fledged return of the brand to the Russian market.
