AvtoVAZ, together with the Saint Petersburg Automobile Plant (the former Nissan plant), have begun the final stage of preparing the serial production of LADA Iskra.

This year, the company has planned to produce up to 4 thousand LADA Iskra cars.  Deliveries of assembly kits for mass production of all model versions will start in early September. At the same time, it is noted that the technical specifications of cars produced at the plants in Tolyatti and Saint Petersburg will match.
