BelAZ increased investments in fixed assets

According to the results of the next stage of technological transformation at the enterprise, BelAZ's investments in fixed assets reached 203.3 million Belarusian rubles (about 5.5 billion rubles), as the BELTA report.

Investments make it possible to improve production standards and the quality of manufactured vehicles. Thus, more than 60 units of high-tech equipment purchased as part of the modernization ensured the implementation of advanced quality standards.

Moreover, the introduction of new equipment makes it possible to localize the production of key components on own premises. As a result of implementation of import-substituting projects, it has already been possible to ensure the manufacture of components for large-sized rear axle bearings for 90-240-tonnage dumpers. The team has also mastered the production of a planetary-type hydromechanical transmission.
