The Becema machine-building plant has carried out the next shipment of BCM-262 semi-trailer, which is a component unit of a modern complex for continuous asphalt laying. In addition to the semi-trailer, it includes:

- re-loader of asphalt concrete mixture from the BCM-261 roller;

- BCM-272 trailer roller shaper.

Main technical characteristics of BCM-262 semi-trailer:

- body volume – 17-18 m3;

- transport speed – up to 80 km/h;

- gross weight – 35 tons.

For transportation of a semi-trailer, a tractor unit with a fifth wheel load of at least 1.2 tons and a fifth wheel height of 1,250-1,300 mm under load is recommended. In the working position, the model has the following dimensions:

- length – 11,900 mm;

- width – 2,500 mm;

- height – 3,600 mm.
