AvtoVAZ JSC summed up the production and sales results for 2025. The company remains the main car automaker in Russia, with 324,558 LADA cars produced by the end of the year. During the year, several new models and versions were launched: LADA Iskra family, LADA NIVA Sport, LADA Granta Active Cross and the updated LADA NIVA Travel equipped with 1.8-liter engine.
Sales of cars sold through the official LADA dealer network in Russia amounted to 351,390 units (LADA and XCITE). This figure is almost equal to the result of 2023. The company's market share was 25%. LADA Granta has traditionally remained the sales leader (144,350 cars and 4,636 commercial vehicles). LADA Vesta took the second place (75,099 units). LADA NIVA Legend was sold in the amount of 33,968 units (plus 454 commercial pickups), LADA NIVA Travel – 35,608 units. LADA Largus ended the year with a total of 35,925 cars and cargo-passenger vehicles sold. The new LADA Iskra began to occupy its position in the Russian market – 6,796 cars were sold, and at the end of the year the model entered TOP-10 best-selling cars.
LADA's export sales in 2025 reached 23,000 vehicles, which was a 31% rise on 2024. Thus, export accounts for about 6% of the total shipments.
In 2026, AvtoVAZ plans to produce 400 thousand cars. This amount will include LADA Azimut, a new crossover based on a fully Russian localized platform.
