AvtoVAZ has confirmed the compliance of LADA Azimut engines with environmental standards

Lada Azimut engines have successfully passed tests for compliance with the requirements of Euro-6 emission standard. According to the press service of AvtoVAZ, tests were carried out in a climate chamber, including at extreme temperatures (from -30 to +30 °C), in preparation for obtaining Vehicle Type Approval.

According to the test results, Euro-6 standard was confirmed for Lada Azimut versions equipped with 1.6-liter and 1.8-liter engines compatible with manual and automatic gear boxes.
