AMMKZ to assemble Haval SUVs for Russian market
Preparations for the production of Haval SUVs for the Russian Federation have begun in Kazakhstan.
Thus, new documents have appeared in the open database of Vehicle Type Approval certificates. According to them, the assembly of Haval H5 and H9, as well as the updated Chery Tiggo 4, will be set up at the AMMKZ enterprise. This will be the full-cycle production, including welding and painting of bodies.
Haval frame SUVs are planned to be equipped with 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol powertrains. Production is localized in Almaty.
